This next picture for the Take A BOOK On Vacation program comes from Clara, an incoming second grader and Savannah, an incoming Kindergartner. The two girls went with their family to Atlantic Beach Florida. Atlantic Beach is about 714 miles away from Hollywood Elementary School. This beach is located near the top of Florida. While Clara and Savannah were staying in Atlantic Beach they still managed to fit in a little reading. In the picture they are reading The Circlemaker by Mark Batterson.From looking at all the pictures that I've gotten for the Take A BOOK On Vacation program many of our HES students have had lots of great summer vacations. I can't wait to hear more details when I see everyone again. There is still time to send in a picture, if you haven't already!
