Another Take a BOOK on Vacation!!

I've had this picture for a little bit, but with the start of school it has taken me a while to sit down and write this post.  

Nathan, a second grader and his brother Ben, a Kindergartner traveled to Kitty Hawk, North Carolina this summer.  Kitty Hawk is about 283 miles away from Hollywood Elementary School.  While they were there the got to go jet skiing, para-sailing and swimming.  They took a break from all that fun and visited Roanoke Island and learned all about the lost colony.  While they were visiting the island Nathan and Ben took time to read a book from the aquarium about ocean life.
